ProtectGuard FT Heavy Duty is an oil and water repellant, dirt and stain resistant protective coating for low porosity interior and exterior materials such as walls, flooring, roofing, granite, marble, terracotta and polished concrete. A material treated with ProtectGuard FT becomes almost self-cleaning: where rain will remove most stains. Limits the appearance of efflorescence and prevents spalling through repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
