Delivery Charges

Carriage charges are calculated according to the delivery location and the overall weight of the order, vat is inclusive. Delivery is only available to addresses on the UK mainland, The Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, certain delivery locations are subject to increased carriage charges. These include The London Congestion Area, The Scottish Highlands and Isles and Northern Ireland. Please ensure you agree with the carriage charges prior to confirming your order. If any products are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. All products must be paid for prior to delivery. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, please notify The Decorating Centre.com within 3 working days of receiving your delivery.

Free Delivery Offer

Due to certain delivery locations in the UK being subject to increased carriage charges, we are unfortunately only able to offer the free carriage on customer orders of £125.00 or more to delivery addresses on the UK mainland. The locations affected by higher carriage charges include The Scottish Isles, The Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. We can however, offer competitive delivery charges to the locations outside of the free delivery areas. Delivery Address

Goods can be delivered either to your home or an alternative address. If paying by credit or debit card we recommend that goods are delivered to the address associated with the card.

Requests for deliveries to be made to an alternative address can raise security issues and verification under these circumstances may result in delaying your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days does not include
weekends or national bank holidays). Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

Courier deliveries should arrive between the hours of 8am - 7pm, Monday - Friday and must be signed for.
In the absence of a signatory, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call to arrange
a convenient re-delivery time or for you to collect from the local depot.

Obviously, meeting the specified delivery time is very important to us, however, there are occasions out of our control that can affect these times including adverse weather conditions and vehicle breakdowns.
We will contact you if we become aware of any unexpected delays.
All shipments are governed by the Terms and Conditions of delivery as stated by each individual courier.
The Decorating Centre.com will not accept claims for liability or loss against late delivery of any goods.
